Okodus

Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms are between you and Diana Todorova Stancheva ("we", "us"), who provide the Okodus: Sudoku app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and Apple's Media Services Terms. You do not get ownership of the app, its puzzles, design or content.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest, or sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account or data at any time in the app (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Leaderboards, names and acceptable use

4. Ads

The free app shows ads. Some ads are optional (for example, watching an ad for an extra hint). How ads and your choices work is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases

The app offers one optional, one-time purchase, "Remove ads", which removes ads from the app. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy and may differ by country. It is a non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID, and you can restore it on your other devices from Settings, then Remove ads, using Restore purchases. Payments, refunds and cancellation rights are handled by Apple under its terms and are not handled by us.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop features, including the online leaderboards, at any time. We may update these terms; if the change is important we will tell you in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be error-free, always available, or that scores will never be lost. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, such as consumer rights in your country.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, scores or streaks. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by cheating or abusing leaderboards.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
